Pre-booking online helps you to avoid queueing on the day of your visit, and streamlines your entry process, so that you have plenty of time to enjoy your day here. Tickets are the same price online & on the gate, and there is no restriction on Day Ticket availability.

All tickets for special events and any limited offers, must be made online.

*One carer is allowed free entry with each registered paying disabled person. Our staff are not able to assess disability, so PLEASE NOTE: In order to claim the free carer ticket on arrival you must show a valid Nimbus Disability Access Card or a free Hamerton Zoo Park Digital Access Pass. Failure to do so will incur a normal day entry fee for the carer. We cannot accept PIP or DLA letters, copies, scans or any type of digital documents, and other schemes including blue badges are not accepted.
