Before You Go

Please note that NO animals, balls, games, radios, bikes, scooters, other wheeled toys – or other toys of any kind are permitted entry into the Park.  This includes ALL bikes and tricycles with detachable ‘parent’ handles (with or without pedals), which are therefore capable of being propelled by the child without direct adult control.

You are welcome to bring picnics to the park and enjoy them in our undercover picnic areas. Seating in our Coffee Shop is reserved for customers who have purchased food and drink on site.

We are open all year round, excluding Christmas Day and Boxing Day.

K-T Express Railroad Train

All aboard! Take a ride on our K-T Express Railroad Train, which loops from the picnic area and winds its way around our exciting new dinosaur exhibit. It’s a fun and relaxing way to see part of the park – especially for little legs! Train rides are £3.50 per person and operate throughout the day on weekends and school holidays.

Babies and Toddler Play Area

Our dedicated baby and toddler play zone is perfect for little explorers! With gentle swings, a mini slide, a climbing frame, and fun sensory games, it’s a safe and stimulating space designed just for under-5s. It’s a great way for younger children to enjoy an adventure with you.

Children's Adventure Play Area

Older kids and pre-teens will love letting off steam in our larger play area. It’s packed with fun features like a thrilling zip-rope, our brand-new climbing cubes, swings, slides, and lots more to keep them busy. Whether they’re climbing, swinging or racing around, there’s plenty of space for big energy!

Both play areas are within sight of our Coffee Shop’s outdoor seating area, so grown-ups can sit back with a cuppa and a treat while keeping an eye on the fun. It’s the perfect combo of rest for parents and adventure for kids.

Picnic Areas & Gardens

Take a break and soak up the views at one of our peaceful picnic spots – including our popular outdoor picnic area overlooking the cheetah paddock! It’s the perfect place to enjoy your lunch with a wild twist. We also have a covered picnic shelter near the play areas, ideal for those days when the weather can’t make up its mind.

Whether you’re tucking into a packed lunch or something tasty from our Coffee Shop, there’s plenty of space to relax and refuel.
