Please be careful!
Today our shop staff and volunteers had to endure a torrent of aggressive verbal abuse because they would not allow free entry to a man who demanded to be admitted free of charge and use our shops for several hours whilst the rest of his party looked around the Park. When politely told that entry was via paid ticket as advertised, he loudly and publically stated that unless he was allowed free entry he would leave a negative report on TripAdvisor.
This is the second such incident this year, but this time we do not know who he is or where he came from. The first incident left a trail of emails as proof, but this time we have no detail to give the TripAdvisor blackmail reporting system.
If you use TripAdvisor, please do be aware that negative reports may well be attempted black-mail.
