Pre-Booking On-Line | Pre-booking your tickets on-line helps to streamline the entry process allowing social distancing to be maintained. The price is the same whichever way day-tickets are purchased, meaning that all day-tickets purchased on-line reduce the revenue to the Park for its conservation work as admin fees have to be paid for the use of the software, hence the booking fee. We have retained the feature post-Covid to provide a service and a choice for our visitors. |
No Refunds and No Re-schedules | As the on-line booking system is automated, tickets purchased on-line are non-transferable and non-refundable. This means that we wont be able to move the date or time of your ticket once it has been booked. If this could be a problem for you, please purchase your tickets on the gate at arrival. |
Animal Welfare | .....Please note that no animal at Hamerton Zoo Park is shut in or out, against its will and forced to exhibit itself - as some bad Zoos are still allowed to do, even here in the UK. The welfare of our animals is always our first priority, and under normal circumstances all have the freedom to come and go as they like. None are brought in as seasonal temporary attractions and all live here year round. So - it is always possible that any individual animal might not be visible the first time you look. As a result of these highest possible standards of animal welfare, our results with rare and unusual species are second to none. We also reserve the right as always to confine any animal for its own welfare, if circumstances arise which are beyond our control. |
CCTV Policy | .....CC-TV POLICY - TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF OUR STAFF, VOLUNTEERS AND VISITORS, AND THE WELFARE OF OUR ANIMALS, CC-TV WILL BE USED WHEREVER APPROPRIATE IN THE PARK. THREATENING, ABUSIVE AND ANTISOCIAL BEHAVIOUR WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. RECORDED FOOTAGE IS AUTOMATICALLY ERASED AFTER 7 DAYS AND WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE TO THE POLICE BEFORE THAT TIME, IF SO REQUESTED. YOUR ENTRY ONTO OUR PREMISES, IS TAKEN AS YOUR APPROVAL OF OUR CC-TV POLICY |
Entry Conditions | ......Please note that NO animals, balls, games, radios, bikes, scooters, other wheeled toys - or other TOYS OF ANY KIND are permitted entry into the Park - This includes ALL bikes and tricycles with 'parent' handles. |
Sorry no dogs allowed in the park.
